We believe every true Christian should faithfully give a portion of his income to God for the spreading of the Gospel: that God's blessing is definitely and positively upon all who give tithes and offerings from their income, (Mal. 3:8-11). God owns all (Col. 1:10-16). We are but his stewards (1 Cor. 4:1-2). Our giving is not to be as unto men (Matt. 6:1-4), but as an act of worship (1 Cor. 16:1-3). Giving should be done sacrificially (II Cor. 8:2) and joyfully (I Cor. 9:7). Our giving reflects our relationship to God and His priorities (Matt. 6:21-24).

Section 15

(2) The Lord's Supper is open to all born again believers. No one is to be denied the opportunity of partaking if he so desires. However, every person is urged to examine himself, because sickness and even death has come to those who eat and drink unworthily. This is a most solemn ordinance (1 Cor. 11:23-30).

(1) Baptism is an outward sign of an inward work of God's grace in the heart of man (Col. 2:12). No person is qualified to be baptized until he has given testimony to his salvation by grace through faith in Christ (Rom. 10:9-11).

We believe the ordinances as taught by Jesus were given for the purpose of man's witnessing to the world of his salvation, and that no person is qualified to have a part in either of these ordinances unless he is "born again." The two ordinances are "Baptism" and "The Lord's Supper."

Section 14

We believe the Church is composed of all the "Born Again" Christians from its inception to the coming of Christ, baptized into one body by the Holy Spirit at conversion to form the bride of Christ. (1 Cor. 12:13, Eph. 4:3-16, Col.1:24, 2:19).

Section 13

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust (Acts 24:15) with Heaven as the eternal home of the redeemed, where we shall dwell in conscious, everlasting blessedness (John 14:1-3), (Rev. 21:1-5), and with Hell as the place where the unsaved shall dwell in everlasting conscious torment (Matt. 25:46, Rev. 21:8).

Section 12

We believe in the "Blessed Hope" (Titus 2:13), the personal (Acts 1:11), Premillennial (Rev. 19:11-20:3), and imminent (Rev. 22:20), return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Section 11

We believe that every true Christian will have a passion for souls and will constantly endeavor to lead sinners to an acceptance of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Therefore, we must also be active in the support of world-wide missions, and our support should go to missions both at home and abroad, which have as their supreme motive the winning of souls to Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:18-20, Mark 16:15).

Section 10

We believe those truly born again possess "Eternal Life". They have two natures and may be victorious over the old nature by the power of the new, through the Spirit and the Word and prayer. We reject the theory of eradication of the old nature as unscriptural and contrary to experience (Rom. 6:13, 8:12, Gal. 5:16-25, Eph. 4:22-24, Col. 3:1-10, 1 Peter 1:14-16, 1 John 3:5-9).

Section 9

We believe we are saved by grace (Eph. 2:8), through faith in the shed Blood of Jesus Christ on Calvary's Cross. Christians are not under the law given by Moses, yet we are not "lawless" but are under the higher law of love to Christ and are called to maintain good works, and to a life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices as evidence of divine life. (James 4:4; Rom. 12:2; 1 John 2:16; 2 Cor. 6:14; Gal. 5:16; Titus 3:5-8).

Section 8

We believe that despite human depravity that keeps us from Spiritual life, God is active in our salvation, calling us to Him (Titus 2:11-12), drawing us to Him (John 12:32), convicting of sin through the Holy Spirit (John 16:9-11), and desirous that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We also believe every human is born a creature of free will, given the power of choice (John 1:12). He can either accept or reject God's offer of salvation (John 3:36; John 5:24)

Section 7

We believe man was created in the image of God (Gen. 1:26-27), that he sinned (Rom. 3:23, 5:12), and thereby incurred not only physical death (1 Cor. 15:21-22), but also that Spiritual death which is not annihilation (Luke 16:23; Rev. 21:8), but eternal separation from God (Rev. 20:11-15). We believe that all men are born with a sinful nature, totally depraved, and all who reach moral responsibility become sinners in thought, word and deed (Rom. 3:9-20), and if they do not repent, are eternally lost (Rom. 6:23; Luke 13:3).

Section 6

We believe in the physical resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord (1 Cor. 15:3-20), in his ascension into Heaven (Acts 1:9), and in his presence there for us as High Priest and Advocate; the propitiation for our sins
(1 John 2:1-2).

Section 5

We believe the Bible, including both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God, inerrant in the original writings, and are our supreme and final authority in faith and life. (2 Tim. 3:16), (2 Peter 1:21). We believe that any good translation of the excellent copies of the original manuscripts of the books of the Bible is the Word of God, regardless of version or the time of the translation. A paraphrase, based on a rewording of the English text, should be understood to be a commentary rather than the Word of God.

Section 4

We believe the Holy Spirit to be coequal with the Father and the Son (Acts 5:3-4). He is a Person: He has come as the fulfillment of Christ's promise (John 16:7). The Holy Spirit indwells and works through every "born again" believer.    (I Cor. 12:13, I Cor. 3:16). The Holy Spirit instructs (John 16:13), teaches (John 14:26), guides (John 16:13), intercedes (Rom. 8:26), sanctifies (Rom. 15:16), (1 Thess. 5:23).

Section 3

We believe Jesus Christ to be the Eternal Son of God, coequal with God (Heb. 1:8). He became flesh (John 1:14; Col. 2:9), being born of the Virgin Mary (Luke 1:35). He died for our Sins upon the cross (1 Peter 2:24) as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice (2 Cor. 5:21).

Section 2

We believe that the Godhead eternally exists in three persons - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and that these three are one God, having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections, and worthy of precisely the same homage, confidence, and obedience. (Matt. 28:18-19; Mark 12:29; John 1:14; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Cor. 13:14;          Heb. 1:1-3:).
